I'm trying to hire a contractor to add a screecned porch to my house. I live in a small town and there are only 5 within 100 miles in any direction. I read your book -- Contractor Selection Workbook -- and I'm trying to follow it.

Everybody I know say this one guy is the best. But I don't like him or trust him. The two I like best are real different. One lives 15 miles away and has the lowest price. The other one has the highest price and lives 78 miles away. I like both of them alraight.

I'm a little afraid if I hire the cheap one the porch will come down in the next hurricane. But the expensive one seem like he might to too high priced.

What should I do?
